Two hilarious books for the price of one.....

I've Met Some Bloody Wags! follows the stubbie-strewn tracks of a young bloke knocking around the bush, working on cattle and sheep stations in far north Queensland, out back of Bourke, and near Lightning Ridge. Bloody larrikins, big drinkers, big mobs of laughs....

More Bloody Wags! more of the same hilarious yarns, plus, along the way, an expanation to non-bushies, of what shapes the character and attitudes of outback people - an attempt to bridge the gulf between cityfolk and country.

WARNING: Don't lend this book to anyone - you'll never get the bastard back!

Since launching her first best seller "I've Met Some Bloddy Wags!" by biting the top off a stubbie of beer with her teeth on the Midday Show, Sandy has spent over 20 years travelling Australia, New Zealand and the US promoting bush humour at corporate and public events, festivals and functions. Australia's first female professional bush poet and yarn spinner, Sandy's humour has landed her on Letterman, Larry King, Today Shows etc in the US and on Michael Parkinson's show in London.

Her books are all based on characters she met and worked with on the vast isolated stations of far North Queensland, out back of Bourke and near Ligfhtning Ridge. She has been a jilleroo (still is) , horsebreaker, bull ctacher, deckie, builders labourer, and a detention center officer, amongst other things. Sandy lives on luaghs and is a proud promoter of fair dinkum Australia bush culture.
